At OrthoSTAT, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your orthopedic footwear or apparel doesn't provide the perfect fit, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your return box.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
